Primary weapon

Your primary weapon is your main weapon. In AssaultCube, the four primary weapons are:

• V-19 Combat Shotgun
• A-ARD/10 Submachine Gun
• Precision Tech AD-81 Sniper Rifle
• Mtp 57 Assault Rifle/MK-77 Assault Rifle

The default weapon is the assault rifle. However, you can change this at any time in-game by pushing B, by typing /showmenu weapons, or by using the item command.

Some players use the knife as a primary weapon due to its ability to gib players, making each frag with a knife add 2 to the player's frag count instead of 1. The pistol can also be used as a primary weapon, but unlike the knife, it does not give a double score and takes 6 shots from its 8-round magazine to kill an unarmored player.
