Drakas, regarding the front page. There are more changes I did there than you saw. I have tried to incorporate what you have said about what I did into a re-edit of that page.

Next time, please don't revert without checking out and incorporating the newer edits.

Revert of Newbie Guide

Why did you do this? "Strafe" is not a synonym for left-right movement. http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/strafe --Nicholas 23:47, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

To Nicholas http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strafe_running -- Dog

That does not answer the question. The reason that bug is called "straferunning" is because early FPS games created a misconception that "strafe" meant moving left or right, and to this day some games still put "strafe left" and "strafe right" in their controls menu. Since Drakas has not responded and I am clearly correct here, I will change it back. Please sign your name with four tildes (click the signature button above) instead of typing it so people can easily get to your talk page. -Nicholas 18:04, 25 November 2007 (UTC) The article on Wikipedia explains the misuse of the word: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strafing#Gaming Although it may be widely accepted, it is still not correct and to my knowledge has not been adopted as an alternative definition by any dictionary. --Nicholas 18:25, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

I'm not that quick to reply :P Wouldn't using gamer jargon be the best option? I guess you'd be right though. Drakas 21:41, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

mode

Hey Drakas, to prevent different styles in distributing command infos i've started with a common style for all of my initiated pages. I've done a fusion of that what you and I have written for mode.

Categories

I have noticed that you have added some stub articles about some clans. Please don't forget the categories. The pages of exa, one, bc are fixed. Apollo 21:47, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
