Genius... I guess I just copied over the entire config file from 1.0.4. I haven't tested it yet, but I imagine this will fix the problem. Thanks everyone!

Its not like Halo at all. Halo 3 and Halo Reach are two separate games. This is still AC. 1 game, 1 community, and 1 version. Get it straight.

I've done that. I've typed everything I can think of, and I wasn't trying to kick myself, I've tested it with other players, both with and without admin.
