This whole thing is a terrible idea. A big part of the fun of AC was the "weird" maps. Yes, they were often annoying, but it was worth it, to have a totally user created map experience.

I agree with Stupefy's point about the short/mid-range maps. Its a shame that the huge maps on which the sniper used to dominate are gone, I guess due to some restriction about the amount of open spa...

I've noticed that in HTF, you don't get any points for carrying the flag and keeping it away from enemies. You should get points for holding the flag whenever someone else on the team scores.

One thing that I don't get and have not seen adequately explained -- why is there now this limitation on what maps can be played? I saw somewhere above something about high ceilings causing a problem...
